Definition and Legal Ownership
Well Aura is a digital platform and a registered trademark fully owned and managed by Multi Dimension Co. (MDC) S.A.E. Multi Dimension is an Egyptian Joint Stock Company registered under Commercial Registry No. 91169, following the General Authority for Investment (GAFI), and complies with all Egyptian laws governing digital platforms. MDC holds the International D-U-N-S number and operates according to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards. MDC is a member of the Chamber of Healthcare Service Providers. All Well Aura services operate under the necessary legal permits to run a digital platform and connect users with licensed service providers. Medical information and provider data are periodically updated from official and accredited sources to ensure credibility and accuracy.
Compliance with App Store Policies
The use of "Well Aura" is subject to the review and approval of the App Store and Google Play. It is operated in accordance with applicable policies and guidelines, including privacy, payment, and content policies. By using the app, the user consents to the collection and processing of their personal data solely for the purpose of providing the requested services, in accordance with the Privacy Policy available within the app.
Intellectual Property Rights
The trademark "Well Aura" is exclusively owned by Multi Dimension S.A.E. and may not be used in any form outside the company's scope. Copyrights, content, source codes, designs, visual elements, and logos are the exclusive intellectual property of Multi Dimension. Nature of Service and Medical Disclaimer
Well Aura acts as a Technical Connectivity Tool to link users with government-licensed service providers only. The platform is NOT a healthcare provider, nor a medical institution, and does NOT provide medical diagnosis or treatment consultations. The platform does not interfere in medical decisions or prescriptions; full responsibility remains with the independent licensed service provider. Users are free to choose their service provider from the available directory without any recommendation from the platform. Medical Disclaimer: Well Aura DOES NOT provide medical advice. A qualified healthcare professional must always be consulted before making any medical decisions. Well Aura assumes no responsibility for the quality of services provided or treatment outcomes; all claims must be directed to the service provider.
Eligibility of Use
The service is exclusively intended for users aged 18 years and older. By using the app, the user acknowledges that they meet the legal age and eligibility requirements.
Smart Services
Pharmacy Inquiry: The platform provides a digital technical tool to facilitate communication and reservations with licensed pharmacies outside the app. Surgery Coordination: The platform offers a technical feature to upload medical reports for sharing with licensed consultants (outside the app) based on the user's choice, to obtain information about available options without medical intervention from the platform. Sensitive Cases: The platform is committed to providing private technical connectivity for mental health and addiction treatment services to ensure total privacy.
Security and Data Privacy
The platform applies advanced privacy standards and does not store medical records permanently; they are processed temporarily only to facilitate technical connectivity. Payment data is encrypted using 128-Bit systems. No card information is stored on the app, as all transactions follow international security standards. Well Aura guarantees that user data will not be used for any purpose other than facilitating the requested service. Upon Account Deletion, all data associated with the digital identity is permanently erased from all active and backup servers to the extent possible, in accordance with Apple's privacy policies.
Financial Policy (Payment System)
Since services are consumed Physically (Physical Services) offline and provided by independent parties, the platform does not use Apple's In-App Purchase system. The app does not contain any paid digital content or internal subscriptions. All financial transactions for service providers are conducted through authorized payment gateways or directly at the physical point of service delivery.
Account Management and Data Protection
Users (whether service seekers or providers) have the right to permanently delete their account and personal data at any time via the "Delete Account" button clearly available within the app. The user acknowledges full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and securing their personal device from unauthorized access.
Emergency Statement
Well Aura is NOT an emergency platform. In critical situations, users must immediately call the ambulance or go to the nearest licensed medical center.
Updates to Terms and Conditions
The platform reserves the right to update these terms periodically to keep pace with technical and legal requirements. Users will be notified of any material changes via the app or registered contact methods.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts of Cairo shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
Refund Policy – Well Aura
General Framework
Well Aura acts as a technical platform to facilitate the connection between the user and the licensed provider. All services are executed independently outside the app. Certain humanitarian services (e.g., bereavement support) are entirely free of charge and do not involve any payments through the app.
Refund of Field Service Fees
Amounts paid for medical or general services are subject to the policy of each independent service provider, as the financial relationship is directly between the user and the provider.
Technical Connectivity Fees
Well Aura fees for technical connectivity services are refundable upon request in the following cases: Pre-cancellation of the appointment by the user or the provider. A technical failure that prevented the digital connection from being completed. Refund Mechanism: Upon approval, amounts will be refunded via the Original Payment Method within 7 to 14 business days. Refunds are not applicable in cases of a "No-show" without at least 12 hours prior notice.
External Financial Transactions
Any financial dispute arising from direct transactions is resolved between the two parties or through the competent regulatory authorities.
